from CDROM sales to mobile music sales! This
new change started in Japan about two years
ago. Japan is now leading the mobile music
industry with developments such as; ringtones,
internet downloads, apple i-pods, i-tunes,
karaoke and polyphonic ringtones. Japan has
become the second largest music market globally
- there are now currently more than 70 million
subscribers of music for mobile phones in Japan!
This new communication has changed the lives
of so many Japanese, as well as the music industry.
