Food combinations

Christina曰く、日本には日本独特の創作料理屋が
多くあるようですね。
海外ではあまり見ない面白い料理があるようです。

Japanese cooks have a natural way of adding
extra ingredients into food western people
would not usually consider doing. Here's some
interesting food combinations in Japan:
Bread with sweet beans added inside, bread
with sweet potatoes inside, bread with
pumpkin inside. Pizza toppings with eggs,
brocolli, mayonnaise and squid. Spaghetti
sauce with an egg on top combined with
shrimps. Cookies with leaves and flowers in them.
You can find just about anything and everything
has an interesting mixture of food in Japan.
Tokyo is the hub of international restaurants
and shows off its' incredible selection of food
combinations in places such as Roppongi,
Shibuya and Shinjuku . Even curry with
chocolate added is a favorite flavor here! It's
not like France's famous creamy sauces for
French cuisine dishes, it's more like taking
different vegetables, fruits, beans or bread
and creating something special for everyone.
If you're bored on your free day, try a new
restaurant and experience some awesome
food combinations. I think I'll try a nice
Brazillian restaurant next, perhaps in Shibuya.
