Summer's here in Japan - how do you feel?

最近日差しもきつく、非常に熱い日が続いています。

Summer is here even though the rainy season is
showering rain on the city of Tokyo. Japan has
some good summer protection products.
Sunblock lotion is 70+ and you can buy up to 90+
which is amazing considering in Australia you
can only buy 30+ sunblock lotion. So many
people use long sleeved gloves to protect their
hands and arms from the harsh sun rays. Special
sun umbrellas in colors of white, creme or black
are also available to create shade as you are
walking. Lots of hats are used by all age groups
here too. Wow! What a contrast compared with
Australia. Unfortunately, in my country many
people are not protecting themselves from the
UV sun rays. So skin cancer is on the rise. I
always use a sun umbrella, sunblock lotion,
sun glasses and a hat. It's great experiencing
Japan in the summer season, because no one
ridicules　me for protecting myself. If only there
was more freedom like this elsewhere.
