Promises for a new year in 2009

新年の抱負といえば
「New Year's Resolution」ですが
難しくて覚えられない！という場合は
「New Year's Promise」と簡単にも言えます。

Usually at the end of every year many people
start to consider what they are going to do
in the new year. They often make promises to
themselves, often personal or private promises
as a way of having a purpose for the new year.
So for example, some people promise
themselves they will go on a diet and lose lots
of weight at the beginning of a new year. Losing
weight is probably the most popular promise.
Many times people promise to go traveling to
a new country or see their friends more. What's
the most memorable promise you have ever made?
My most memorable was to lose weight and to
travel - I worked very hard on my new year
promise and it finally was achieved. Are you
going to make any special new year promises
to yourself, friends or family? My promise for
Bella is to make the students more happy and
to attract a welcoming and fun place to study!
