A museum you will never forget

Japan has so many great museums to visit,
but have your visited the world's only
Parasitological museum in Meguro, Tokyo?
It was first established in 1953 for research
purposes, but soon became open to the public.
If you are looking for something different to
do on your day off work, you can visit this
very interesting museum for free! Interestingly,
many couples like to go to this Meguro
museum on their first date! Just make sure
you eat something before you go, because
you may not feel like eating after you visit.
Parasitological=寄生虫学
=all types of bugs/insects that live inside
the human body, either from eating
or from bites
day off=非番の日
Christina
It was established by some of Tokyo's
scientists to help people understand more
about the world of bugs and how they
affect people's daily lives. I saw tape
worms, mosquitoes, and
other bugs that can be digested from
vegetables, meat or fish. This is a
museum you will never forget!
establish=設置する、設立する
affect=影響を与える
worm=虫、寄生虫
digest=消化する
